Foshan All Sun Group (ASIC), an international trade group, consists of three subordinate companies:
1) Foshan General Success Trading Co., Ltd. with registered capital of USD 600,000, was established in January 2002. Wholly-private operated, Foshan General Success Trading Co., Ltd. is awarded the foreign trade right of importing and exporting business approved by the National Commercial Ministry of China.
2) Foshan Promissing Trading Co., Ltd. with registered capital of USD 120,000, was established in September 2003. Wholly-private operated, Foshan Promissing Trading Co., Ltd. is awarded the foreign trade right of importing and exporting business approved by the National Commercial Ministry of China.
3) All Sun International Industry Co., Ltd was founded and registered in Hong Kong, in November 2003.
